Residence report
In January, we will send our pensioners living abroad a residence report together with the annual letter. The residence report must be returned by 16 March 2026.
Information about pensions
How Finnish pension system works, how pension accrues, and what kind of security earnings-related pension provides.
Partial old-age pension and Kela’s new general social security benefit
Partial old-age pension will be taken into account as income in Kela’s new general social security benefit as of 1 May 2026. This may reduce the amount of the benefit for those who receive both a partial old-age pension and Kela’s unemployment benefit.
